   This is the most common cause by far. Your betting profile name must match the name registered to your Safaricom line. If they differ — even a middle name or spelling — the payout is rejected or held. Fix the mismatch with the operator before retrying.

   Your account isn't verified yet (KYC)

   A first withdrawal, or a larger one, often triggers an identity check. Until you upload the ID the operator asks for, the money stays put. Completing verification early is the single best way to keep future payouts fast.

   You're below the operator's minimum withdrawal

   Each operator sets a minimum M-Pesa withdrawal. Ask for it below that and the request simply won't go through. Check the operator's stated minimum and withdraw at or above it.

   You've hit an M-Pesa limit

   Safaricom caps how much M-Pesa can move in one transaction (KES 250,000) and in a day (KES 500,000), and caps your wallet balance. A big win can exceed the per-transaction limit and arrive split into parts, or be delayed until the daily window resets. These caps are set by Safaricom, not the operator.

   Funds are tied up in a pending bet

   Money staked on bets that haven't settled isn't withdrawable. If your withdrawable balance looks lower than you expect, check for open or unsettled bets holding the difference.

   “Processed” isn't the same as “landed”

   Operators mark a withdrawal “processed” when they send it to M-Pesa, but settlement can lag a little behind that. Give it a short window past the operator's typical time before treating it as failed — the table below is your baseline for what typical looks like.
