M-Pesa's limits: the real ceiling on a big withdrawal
For most Kenyan bettors the binding limit isn't the operator's — it's M-Pesa's. These are the standard consumer M-Pesa caps:

A win larger than KES 250,000 can't land in one payment: it's split across transactions, and anything over KES 500,000 in a day rolls into the next. That's normal, not a fault — it's also a common reason a big payout seems slow or partial.
Operator minimums and maximums
Each operator sets its own minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal — usually small, often a few tens of shillings — and some cap the maximum you can withdraw in one request or per day, separately from M-Pesa's limits. These vary from site to site and change, so the operator's own cashier or terms page is the place to confirm them before you plan a large cash-out. Where an operator's maximum is lower than M-Pesa's, the operator's is what binds.
